Depsite the news and the remaining high interest rates, we are still seeing a brisk market, particularly in the under 4m inventory category on homes that are priced and prepped correctly. I am still firmly in the camp that it is never a bad time to buy California Real Estate and waiting to time the market comes with it’s own set of issues. So get off that fence and stay out there looking if that’s what is best for you and your family right now. |
