| | | | The San Francisco Bay Area Fall Real Estate Market is in high gear and we are feeling it everywhere. Open houses are swarming with ready buyers. Movers, stagers and inspectors are booking into late October, and all eyes are on mortgage rates which are at last providing a little relief. The Spring market was one of the strongest in years despite stagnate mortgage rates so buyers have adjusted and the San Francisco Bay Area Inventory supply and demand, coupled with a continued robust tech market fueled by an influx of AI keeps buying Real Estate, even with higher mortgage rates, an excellent investment… A few of my favorite things this Fall include new restaurants and old favorites. Longtime client and friend Ajay Walia (of Rasa and Saffron) opened Amara and it is absolutely fabulous. Wayfare Tavern reopened in a new spectacular space and I am here to tell you the Fried Chicken is even better than I remember. Four Kings is worth the hype and I am still waiting to try Happy Crane. I also can not gate keep this even though I am tempted to. I was recently introduced to Petite Lils in North Beach and I am sorry but it has everything you want for a night out: great martinis, oysters, tin fish, french omelettes and steak frites served until 1:30am every single day. yes please and thank you. And for music inspo, my most recent obsession is Men I Trust. I recently saw them at the Frost Ampitheater and I have no notes both for the venue and the artist. 10/10! As always, feel free to call or text me for any reason at all. Remodel advice, talk about the market, dish on that house that got 11 offers and sold for almost a million dollars over ask price…!! Hope to see you all out and about soon! XO – Cameron |

National and regional statistics are generalities, essentially summaries generated by thousands of unique, individual listings and sales occurring across different market segments. They are best seen not as precise measurements, but as broad, comparative indicators with reasonable margins of error. Anomalous fluctuations in statistics are not uncommon, and last period data should be considered preliminary estimates which may be revised in future updates. Different analytics programs sometimes define standard statistics – such as “active listings,” “days on market,” and “months supply of inventory” – differently: What is most meaningful are not specific numeric calculations but the trends they illustrate. Data from sources deemed reliable, but may contain errors, and subject to revision. All numbers to be considered approximate, and how these analyses apply to any particular property is unknown without a specific comparative market analysis. |
