Mending our broken hearts from Sunday’s Niner loss is on the agenda for this week. Sweetheart’s day is tomorrow, and that means send a note not only to your sweetheart but also to your favorite friends, relatives and children to let them know how much you love them! I’ll be here dreaming of Peonies and chocolate covered pretzels but only after I express the gratitude to my most favorite people and everyone on this list most certainly qualifies.
In Real Estate News, despite the ominous tech layoff news and gloomy stock market, we are seeing a definite spike in number of offers received on homes. Buyer confidence appears to be on the rise as we enter the beginning of the Spring Market.
If you are considering a sale, we are seeing some promising results from the early 2024 market. Its also an interesting time to consider an investment property on some of the areas that are still lagging a bit to reach the Pandemic frenzy levels. 1031 Tax deferred exchanges, Airbnb conversions, investment property portfolios are one of my favorite topics! Bay Area Real Estate will never be a bad investment so long as you explore and understand the various options you have if markets lull out. Election years are always interesting in the market and this year looks to be shaping up to be nothing short of that.
In My Favorite Things, please add this SF newbie restaurant to your absolute must try list. It was literally a 12/10 score from me! And SF Mexican Restaurant Flores has just opened in San Mateo and it is a welcome addition. Don’t miss their Happy Hour! Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions on the market, desires to discuss the value of a remodel in this market, or anything at all!
Until next time! xoxo – Cameron
